Helpful sales folk are ready to help, be prepared to wait a month or two for ordered furniture. This stuff is not mass produced in China, it is hand crafted from real wood and looks like it will last a lifetime and then some! We bought a dining table and 6 chairs. We'll have to wait 6 or 7 weeks for the chairs, but felt it was worth the wait.
